Terms & Conditions

These purchase and delivery terms apply to www.pullsonline.co.uk. The terms apply in cases where no other written agreement between you as the buyer and Beslag Online/Pulls Online has been entered into and refers to all purchases and orders made by customers resident in Great Britain. We at Beslag Online/Pulls Online help interior design enthusiasts and home fixers all over Europe to make big changes with small details. Whether you are looking for modern design, classic style or interior details that fit in the more rural environments, we have what you are looking for. In our product range, you will find, among other things, more than 1000 different models of handles and knobs. Your order will be processed as soon as possible, but not earlier than the next working day from the time you placed your order. Beslag Online/Pulls Online cannot be held responsible for the customer placing the correct order in the web shop. It is always the customer's responsibility that the given order on www.pullsonline.co.uk is filled in correctly. Beslag Online/Pulls Online is not responsible for compensation or financial losses in connection with any delayed deliveries. This applies regardless of whether it is the shipping company or Beslag Online/Pulls Online that is responsible for the delay


When the customer registers an order at checkout, an agreement is entered into between the customer and Beslag Online/Pulls Online. Confirmation of the order is sent to the e-mail address the customer entered when the purchase was completed. Should any errors in price, delivery time or other circumstances occur, Beslag Online/Pulls Online reserves the right to change this afterwards. Should this occur, we will contact and inform the customer. The customer then has the option to change or cancel the order.

Beslag Online/Pulls Online only accepts agreements with persons of legal age (18 years and over), or a minor with the permission and approval of a guardian. Beslag Online/Pulls Online reserves the right to refuse an order.

Price & Payment

All prices on the website are current, including 25% VAT. VAT is included in the total cost the customer sees at checkout. Prices do not include shipping costs, Beslag Online/Pulls Online offers free shipping on orders with an order value of more than £49. For orders with an order value below £49, a shipping cost will be added, the cost depends on the chosen shipping method.

In collaboration with Klarna, we offer Klarna Checkout as a payment method. Klarna offers two different payment options for you as a customer. Klarna presents certain information to you as soon as you are identified and logged in to Klarna. Once you have been identified, Klarna shows which options are available to you. Payment options

Klarna Invoice 
When you choose to pay by invoice, Klarna offers you the opportunity to pay within 14 days of your purchase. Your invoice is activated and sent to you via the e-mail address you provided at the time of purchase. The invoice is sent at the same time as your order is sent from our warehouse.

Credit or Debit Card 
In Klarna Checkout you can choose to pay directly with one of the following bank cards: VISA, Mastercard.


All prices we have on the site include VAT. If you bought a product at an apparent incorrect price, we will contact you, and in these cases we reserve the right to adjust the price, as well as charge the difference, or allow you to cancel the purchase and receive a refund. We also reserve ourselves for typing errors and inaccuracies in our marketing, newsletters and other external communication. In these channels, the same applies as for obviously incorrect prices on the website.

In the event of a return, your money will be refunded when Beslag Online/Pulls Online has received, processed and approved the return in our warehouse. A confirmation is always sent via e-mail to you as a customer that the return is approved. Refunds are always made via the same payment method used when the order was registered at our checkout. A refund can take up to 5-7 banking days. If payment is made by invoice, the money is either paid directly into the bank account used to pay the invoice or Klarna sends out a refund form via e-mail.

Discount codes
Sometimes Beslag Online/Pulls Online communicates discount codes to customers. Discount codes cannot be combined and do not apply to items that are reduced in price during a promotion. If you as a customer have used a discount code that is not issued to you, we reserve the right to refuse the use, and contact you to cancel your order or debit the discounted amount.

Distribution of discount codes
It is not permitted to share discount codes publicly on social media or other external channels, unless this has been clearly communicated and approved by us.

Deliveries & Transport

The delivery time is based on the products you have ordered. Our webshop shows an approximate delivery time for each product. This is the delivery time that applies unless otherwise stated by Beslag Online/Pulls Online. Usually, the delivery time is 3-5 business days. We process your order on the first working day after your order has been placed. During holidays and Black Week, the handling/delivery time can be affected. Beslag Online/Pulls Online sends a delivery confirmation via e-mail with information on how to track your order when it has left our warehouse.

Delayed options

At present, Beslag Online/Pulls Online offers you as customer delivery to UPS Access Points and home delivery directly to the door. We cannot change the delivery address of an order after the order has been registered with us. Beslag Online/Pulls Online uses UPS as a transport partner.

Partial deliveries

In cases where one or more products on an order have a longer delivery time than other products in the same order, it may be divided into 2 deliveries. The remaining products are sent as soon as they come back in stock again.

Delayed Deliveries
In exceptional cases, there may be certain deviations or delays on all or parts of your order, therefore Beslag Online/Pulls Online would like to draw your attention to not book any craftsmen on the same day as your delivery is expected to arrive. Beslag Online/Pulls Online does not compensate for lost time with your craftsman due to the delayed delivery. When your order has left our warehouse, the delivery responsibility passes to UPS and we cannot provide a delivery guarantee. Please note that the shipping companies do not always succeed in delivering on the exact delivery date as there may be a delivery delay. Beslag Online/Pulls Online reserves the right to waive all claims for compensation to the customer regarding delivery delays caused by our suppliers or by the shipping company. Delivery of goods from Beslag Online/Pulls Online is considered complete when the customer has received their order. Transport of the goods is the responsibility of the current courier and the agreement between Beslag Online and the courier applies.

Unclaimed packages
We reserve the right to charge the costs for handling that arise in the case of unclaimed packages. Your package normally remains with the agent/terminal for 14 days after it arrives. Should you not collect your package within 14 days, the package will be returned to us and we will charge you £9 for the package not collected. In case of any regrets once the package has been sent, the customer needs to receive the package and then return it to us. If the package is not picked up and sent back, the customer will be charged £9.

Withdrawal & Returns

In the event that the customer is not satisfied with their purchase, we offer 60 days right of withdrawal from the day the order has been received. In cases where the order has been partially delivered, the date for each product and delivery applies.

Regret a purchase on an unprocessed order
If the customer wants to exercise their right of withdrawal before the order has been handled at Beslag Online/Pulls Online, they can cancel the purchase free of charge. In cases where the order has been partially delivered and the remaining products on the order have not been processed, it is okay to cancel the purchase. It is also possible to remove products on an order after it has been registered if these products have not been processed. Regret a purchase after delivery
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal on an order after handling at Beslag Online/Pulls Online, the customer needs to receive the order and then return it to us. A canceled purchase is not valid until the customer has received a confirmation via e-mail from Beslag Online/Pulls Online.

Beslag Online/Pulls Online includes a return slip in all shipments. This return slip must be used to return the package. Beslag Online does not pay for the return, which costs £5. This amount is deducted from the amount refunded to the customer. If the customer returns an order without using the included return slip, the customer will be responsible for arranging and paying for the shipping. Beslag Online/Pulls Online cannot accept returns that has to be picked up from post offices.

Conditions of products
The customer has the right to open any packaging to inspect the products. Upon return, the product must be in its original condition to be approved. Beslag Online/Pulls Online reserves the right to individually decide whether a product is considered to be in its original condition or not. In cases where the product is considered to be in a changed condition, Beslag Online/Pulls Online can either return the product to the customer or refuse a refund on the said product.

Processing time
From the time a return has arrived at our warehouse, we reserve a handling time of up to 7 working days to inspect the condition of the product and register the returned products.

Complaints & Reclaims

In the event of a complaint, we ask you to contact our customer service at info@pullsonline.co.uk and describe the error and provide a photo. The complaint must be reported within a reasonable time (2 months) from the time the error was discovered. We therefore recommend that you inspect the products directly. In the event of an approved complaint, Beslag Online/Pulls Online is responsible for all costs, including all shipping.

Documentation and guidance

In cases where product descriptions and manuals are needed for a product, they can be found under the product in the web shop. Beslag Online/Pulls Online guarantees that all our products meet the requirements for CE-marking.

Force Majeure

Beslag Online/Pulls Online are exempt from penalty for failure to fulfill a certain obligation in this agreement if the failure is based on liberating circumstances as below and the circumstance complicates, prevents or delays the fulfillment. A liberating circumstance shall be considered to be, among other things, government action or omission, amended or new legislation, conflict in the labor market, blockade / strike, fire or flood, sabotage or a major accident. Force majeure also includes authorities' decisions that negatively affect the market and products, such as restrictions, warnings, sales bans, etc.

When you send an application to Beslag Online, your personal information is registered in our system. In accordance with GDPR, you must approve and consent to us registering your information which you do when you submit your application or make a purchase.
