Orders & Payment
Which payment methods can I use?
You pay through Klarna Checkout. The options are:
- Klarna Invoice: you can pay within 14 days of your purchase. The invoice is sent to the e-mail address you gave at checkout, at the same time as your order leaves our warehouse.
- Credit or debit card: Visa and Mastercard.
- Apple Pay and Google Pay.
The options available to you are shown at checkout. If you return a product, the refund is made to the payment method you used for the order. See How do I return my order?
Can I change my order?
Unfortunately you cannot add products to an order after it has been placed. Products that have not yet been processed can be removed, so please contact us as soon as possible.
Once an order has been placed we start processing it as soon as possible, which means that we collect and pack the products ready for delivery. When an order has passed through several processing stages, products can no longer be added or removed. It is therefore important to check your order carefully before you complete your purchase.
If you want to change or cancel your order, contact us immediately by chat or phone so that we can deal with it straight away (see How do I contact customer service?). We will do our best to cancel the order if possible. We then refund you, and you can place a new order with the changes you want.
Want to add products? See Can I add products to an existing order?
Can I add products to an existing order?
Unfortunately it is not possible to add products to an existing order. If your first order has not yet been processed and shipped, you can do this instead:
- Place a new order.
- Send both order numbers to info@pullsonline.co.uk, or contact us by chat or phone.
We will then do our best to ship your products together.
Our warehouse works quickly. If you need to change your order, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably by chat.
How do I cancel an existing order?
If you need to cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible, preferably by chat. We can then try to stop the order before it moves to our warehouse.
Our warehouse works quickly, and once an order has been processed we unfortunately cannot cancel it. In that case you can return the products once you have received them. See How do I return my order? and What is your 60-day return policy? A return fee of £5 is deducted from your refund.
How do I get a discount code?
The best way to keep up with our offers, campaigns and discount codes is to subscribe to our newsletter and follow us on social media. Here is our Instagram.
Can I combine discount codes and campaigns?
No, discount codes cannot be combined, and they cannot be used on campaign products or other products with a reduced price.
Can I add a discount code after I have placed my order?
As long as your order has not been shipped, we can in most cases add a discount code afterwards. Contact customer service by e-mail at info@pullsonline.co.uk or by chat, and include your order number and your discount code.
If your order has already been shipped, we unfortunately cannot add a discount code afterwards. You can instead return the products within our 60-day return policy and then place a new order using the campaign price or discount code. The £5 return fee is deducted from your refund. See How do I return my order?
How does your price guarantee work?
If you can show us that the same product is sold at a lower price by another authorised retailer, we will match that price. We want you to feel that you bought your products at the right price.
These conditions apply:
- We price match against other authorised retailers in Europe who sell the same products as Pullsonline. The price you compare must include an equivalent delivery option and any order handling costs.
- The product must be genuine, new and in exactly the same design (material, size and so on).
- We can refuse a price match if the other price differs unreasonably from normal industry practice. Discounts of more than 25% off the regular list price can be regarded as abnormal.
- Accepted evidence is a quotation, a direct link to the other retailer's website, or an original e-mail where the price or offer is clearly stated.
- You must contact us before you complete your purchase. The price guarantee does not apply to orders that have already been placed.
Need help with a possible price match? E-mail info@pullsonline.co.uk and we will help you. Read more on our price guarantee page.
Do I have to pay extra VAT on my order?
All prices on our website include 20% VAT, and the VAT is included in the total you see at checkout. Prices do not include shipping. Orders over £49 qualify for free shipping to a UPS Access Point, and for orders below that the shipping cost depends on the delivery method you choose. See How do I get free shipping?
Can I order products to try at home?
Yes. You can order several products to compare them and see which one suits your home best. You are welcome to open the packaging and hold, for example, a knob up against a kitchen cabinet to see how the colour and shape work together. If you want to return them, please do not install them: if a returned product is damaged or has been used so that it can no longer be sold as new, the refund may be reduced.
If you return a product within our 60-day return policy, a return fee of £5 is deducted from your refund. See How do I return my order?
Questions or need advice? Contact us and we will help you find the right product.
Delivery
How many days will it take for my order to arrive?
Delivery usually takes 3–5 days. We process your order on the first working day after you place it, and the delivery time counts from when your parcel has been packed and handed to UPS. Each product page shows an approximate delivery time for that product, and that is the time that applies unless we tell you otherwise.
When your order has left our warehouse we send a confirmation by e-mail with information on how to track it. See How do I track my order?
During holidays and big campaigns such as Black Week, handling and delivery may take longer. If some products in your order have a longer delivery time than others, the order may be split into two deliveries, and the rest is sent as soon as it is back in stock.
How do I track my order?
When your order has left our warehouse, we send an e-mail to the address you gave when you ordered, with information on how to track it. You can follow your parcel with UPS from our warehouse all the way to you. You can also log in to your account on our website to follow your order.
To give you fast delivery, an order can be shipped in two or more packages. This is shown in the tracking link in your delivery confirmation.
If you have chosen a UPS Access Point, you need valid ID and the number from your e-mail or text message notification when you collect the parcel.
How do I get free shipping?
We offer free shipping when your order total is over £49, for delivery to a UPS Access Point. For home delivery the shipping cost is charged. We hope you find something you like.
See also What shipping options do you offer?
What shipping options do you offer?
We deliver with UPS and offer two options:
- UPS Access Point pickup: £6.90, free on orders over £49. Delivery time 3–5 days.
- UPS Home Delivery: £8.90. Delivery time 3–5 days.
The delivery time counts from when your parcel has been packed and handed to UPS. You choose the delivery option at checkout. We cannot change the delivery address once your order has been registered.
Your parcel is held at the UPS Access Point for 14 days. If it is not collected in time, it is returned to us and we charge £9 for the uncollected parcel. If you change your mind after the order has been sent, you need to collect the parcel and then return it to us. The £5 return fee is deducted from your refund: see How do I return my order?
Read more on our delivery page.
What should I do if my parcel is damaged?
If your delivery is damaged or has missing products, contact customer service at info@pullsonline.co.uk. Describe what happened and attach a picture of the damage, and we will help you further.
Returns & Complaints
What is your 60-day return policy?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 60 days of receiving your order. This is our 60-day return policy. If your order is delivered in several shipments, the 60 days count from the delivery date of each product.
The 60 days are in total. Your statutory right to cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, is included in the 60 days and is not added on top of them. You therefore have 60 days, not 60 + 14. If you want to rely on your statutory right to cancel, tell us within the first 14 days by contacting customer service.
A return fee of £5 is deducted from your refund on every return that is not a complaint about a faulty product, including returns made within the first 14 days. Returns of faulty or damaged products are not charged a return fee. If a returned product is damaged or has been used so that it can no longer be sold as new, the refund may be reduced. See How do I return my order? If a product is faulty, other rights apply: see What do I do if a product is faulty?
How do I return my order?
Did the products not meet your expectations? You have 60 days from the day you receive your order to return it. Your statutory 14-day right to cancel is included in those 60 days, not added to them. A return fee of £5 is deducted from your refund on every return that is not a complaint about a faulty or damaged product, including returns made within the first 14 days. We do not offer free returns as part of our environmental policy. Complaints about faulty or damaged products are not charged a return fee: see What do I do if a product is faulty?
Please keep the following in mind:
- Pack the products securely, preferably in the same box you received them in.
- If a returned product is damaged or has been used so that it can no longer be sold as new, the refund may be reduced. In the first 14 days after you receive the goods, a deduction can only cover loss in value caused by handling the goods more than was needed to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, regulation 34).
How to register and send your return:
- Log in to your account on our website. A customer account is created automatically when you place an order. If you have forgotten your password, see Missing login?
- Click "Return" and create a return case.
- Select the order you want to return, choose the products, and enter the quantity and the reason.
- Leave a message if you wish (optional), then click "Continue".
- You will receive an e-mail confirming that we have received your return case, and shortly afterwards a second e-mail with a link. Click the link and print your return label.
- Attach the label to the package and hand it in at your nearest UPS Access Point. Find a UPS Access Point
Important: you must register your return online before you send back your order.
We refund you once we have received, checked and approved your return. The refund, minus the £5 return fee where it applies, is made to the payment method you used for the order and can take 5–7 banking days. We reserve up to 7 working days after the return arrives to inspect the products and register the return.
We recommend sending your return with tracking so that you can follow the parcel. Read more on our returns and claims page.
Can I return products that I have opened?
Yes, you may open the packaging to inspect the products. Send them back in their original packaging so that their condition is not affected during the return shipment.
Please pack returned products securely. If a returned product is damaged or has been used so that it can no longer be sold as new, the refund may be reduced. In the first 14 days after you receive the goods, a deduction can only cover loss in value caused by handling the goods more than was needed to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, regulation 34). A return fee of £5 is deducted from your refund on every return that is not a complaint about a faulty product. Include your delivery note in the package if you have it. If you no longer have it, enclose a note with your order number and a list of the returned products, to help us process your return.
See How do I return my order? for the full return process.
Can I send several returns in one package?
You can send several returns in the same package, but you must register a return case for each order included in the shipment. To make handling easier, enclose a note listing all the order numbers in the package.
When you register several returns you receive a separate return label for each. Use only one of the labels: attach it to the package and hand it in at the drop-off point stated on the label.
The £5 return fee is deducted from your refund. See How do I return my order?
Can I exchange a product for a different one?
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different size, colour or model, return the original product and place a new order for the one you want. You have 60 days from receiving your order to return it. This is an ordinary return, so the £5 return fee is deducted from your refund. See How do I return my order?
What do I do if a product is faulty?
If you discover a fault in one of our products, contact us as soon as possible. We ask that you report it within a reasonable time, and we recommend that you contact us within two months of discovering the fault.
Your rights are set out in the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. If they are not:
- Short-term right to reject (section 22): within 30 days of delivery you can reject the goods and ask for a refund.
- Repair or replacement (section 23): you can ask us to repair or replace the product. We must do this within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience to you, and we bear the necessary costs, including postage.
- Price reduction or final right to reject (section 24): if repair and replacement are both impossible, if the goods still do not conform after one repair or replacement, or if we do not repair or replace them within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience to you, you can ask for a price reduction or reject the goods. You can choose one of these, not both. If you reject the goods in the first six months after delivery, no deduction is made for the use you have had of them. After the first six months, the refund may be reduced to take account of your use of the goods.
If a fault appears within six months of delivery, the law presumes it was there on delivery, so you do not normally have to prove it. This presumption does not apply if it is established that the goods conformed on the day of delivery, or if it is incompatible with the nature of the goods or with the nature of the fault. After six months you may need to show that the product was not as it should have been when it was delivered. The legal time limit for starting court proceedings is normally six years in England and Wales and five years in Scotland.
How to make a complaint: contact customer service by e-mail at info@pullsonline.co.uk. Describe the fault and include your order number. Please attach photos of the product and the fault, as photos are the quickest way for us to assess it. If a video is needed, contact us by e-mail and we will help you send it. If we approve your complaint, we cover all costs, including shipping, and no return fee is charged. Complaints cannot be made via chat.
Your statutory rights are not affected by our 60-day return policy. See What is your 60-day return policy?
Handles, Knobs & Hooks
What is c/c measurement?
The distance between the screw holes is called the c/c measurement. It stands for centre to centre and is given in millimetres. You can find your existing c/c measurement by measuring the distance between the centres of the two screw holes.
When you know which c/c measurement you want, you can filter by it in our handle categories to see only the sizes you are looking for.
I can't find a c/c measurement that fits my existing holes
If no c/c measurement matches your existing holes, we usually recommend a handle with a back plate. The plate covers your existing screw holes, so you do not have to match them. It is a flexible and practical solution, and you will find many handles with back plates in our range.
If you have more questions, contact us at info@pullsonline.co.uk.
Are screws included when I buy handles and knobs?
Yes, handles and knobs come with screws. As standard they are supplied with screws that fit doors 16–19 mm thick, which is the usual thickness for kitchen doors.
If you need a different screw length, you will find a range of screws and accessories in Screws & Accessories. The screw should be 3–8 mm longer than the thickness of the door.
If you are unsure which screws suit your doors or cabinets, contact customer service at info@pullsonline.co.uk or chat with us.
Is there nickel in the products?
We cannot guarantee that a product is 100% nickel-free. Traces of nickel can occur in metal products even if nickel is not a stated material. Some products have a nickel-plated finish, which is shown in the product name.
If you have a nickel allergy or are sensitive to nickel, we recommend choosing a wooden fitting. Please note that screws and mounting parts may be made of metal.
If you want to know more about a specific product, contact customer service at info@pullsonline.co.uk.
Can I use a wooden handle on a fridge, freezer or dishwasher?
The strength of wooden products can vary slightly depending on which part of the tree the material comes from. We therefore cannot guarantee the strength of a wooden handle that is mounted on an integrated fridge, freezer or dishwasher, because the product is then exposed to strong forces.
If you would like help with alternatives, or have more questions, contact customer service at info@pullsonline.co.uk.
What kind of leather is used on your leather handles?
Most of our leather handles use vegetable-tanned leather from Tärnsjö Garveri in Sweden. According to the tannery, the leather is completely chrome-free.
The leather is vegetable-tanned, and the tanning acid is made from oak and mimosa bark. The leather has a natural surface, and a patina develops over time.
Our guide Instructions for caring for leather handles and knobs goes into more detail about Tärnsjö Garveri and the leather, and includes care instructions. You can also browse our leather handles.
Which brass finish should I choose?
We offer polished, untreated, polished untreated and brushed brass. Here is how they differ, to help you choose the finish that suits your home.
Brushed brass: a brushed finish is resistant to fingerprints and minor scratches, which makes it practical for everyday use. Unlike untreated brass, brushed brass generally does not develop a patina or darken as much over time and needs little maintenance.
Polished brass: the polished surface is lacquered, which protects it so that its appearance changes little over time.
Untreated brass: untreated brass has a matte, robust surface that keeps the natural look from manufacture. It shows the true colour of the brass and develops a patina over time as the solid brass reacts with moisture and oxygen in the air. The patina both protects the brass and develops a unique character. These products are made of solid brass.
Polished untreated brass: the surface is polished to a gloss but has no protective lacquer. At first it looks similar to polished brass, but because it is untreated it develops a patina and darkens over time. The difference only becomes noticeable after some use.
For care instructions, see How do I care for brass? Read more in our guide Polished, untreated or brushed brass? or contact us by chat, phone or at info@pullsonline.co.uk.
How do I care for brass?
Polished and brushed brass: wipe the fittings with a clean, slightly damp cloth to remove stains and fingerprints. Avoid cleaning agents, as they may contain chemicals that can affect the surface.
Untreated and polished untreated brass: wipe with a clean, slightly damp cloth to remove dirt and fingerprints, and avoid cleaning agents. If you want to restore the original shine, you can gently polish the surface with a soft cloth or a polish made for brass. Be aware that this may remove the patina that has developed over time, although a patina can develop again after polishing.
See also Which brass finish should I choose?
Can I use hooks as knobs?
Yes. Use a regular screw instead of the screw pin that comes with the hook. Some of our hooks come with an extra regular screw alongside the screw pin, and you can also order extra screws in Screws & Accessories.
If you have more questions, contact us at info@pullsonline.co.uk.
Can I mount knobs on the wall and use them as hooks?
Yes. To turn a knob into a hook, replace the screw that comes with the knob with a screw pin. You will find the Screw Pin M4x50mm (10 pieces, article number 744501-210) on our website.
If you have more questions, contact us at info@pullsonline.co.uk.
How do I mount wooden knobs and hooks?
Use a manual screwdriver rather than an electric screwdriver when you mount wooden knobs and hooks. An electric screwdriver can drive the screw too far into the knob and crack the wood.
Where should I place knobs on kitchen cabinet doors and drawers?
The placement of knobs on kitchen cabinet doors and drawers may seem like a small detail, but it affects both how the kitchen works and its overall look. With the right placement, doors and drawers are easier to open and the kitchen looks harmonious and well considered.
Our guide Placement of handles and knobs shows different options depending on whether you have framed doors, flat doors or drawers, so you can find the solution that suits your kitchen.
Door Handles & Door Stops
Which standard should I choose for my door handles?
The difference between the Scandinavian standard, the European standard and modular locks depends on the lock case (the lock body) in your door. On most doors you can read the name of the lock case on the edge of the door, at the yellow marking in the picture.
You can also remove the lock case if you have an existing door handle and compare the hole pattern in your door with the picture of hole patterns for door handles.
For bathroom locks with a WC thumb-turn, compare with the hole patterns for WC thumb-turns.
On the product pages, the Scandinavian standard (lock case 2014 or similar) is described as intended for Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland, and the European standard (c/c 38 mm) as intended for other countries in Europe. Modular locks fit doors with lock case 565 or equivalent. Check that your lock case matches the standard before you order, and contact us if you are unsure.
How do I install a door handle with a visible screw?
For the best fit, the square spindle must be centred in the door when you install the handle.
Installing the door handle
- Place one half of the handle onto the square spindle. Tighten the stop screw so that the tip pierces the square spindle.
- Cut the screws to a suitable length so that they go at least 5 mm into the sleeves when installed. Take the thickness of the door and the rosettes into account.
- Place the other half of the handle onto the square spindle. Make sure the octagonal part of the sleeves fits into the octagonal holes.
- Use the supplied screws and sleeves to tighten the two handle halves together with an Allen key.
- Tighten the stop screw with an Allen key until the tip pierces the square spindle.
Installing the key plate
- Cut the screws to a suitable length so that they go at least 5 mm into the sleeves when installed. Take the thickness of the door and the rosettes into account.
- Place the rosettes tightly against the door. Position the sleeves so that the octagonal part fits into the octagonal holes.
- Use the supplied screws and sleeves to fasten the key plate with an Allen key.
Why is my door handle sagging, and how do I fix it?
A sagging door handle is usually caused by incorrect installation, and the problem can usually be solved by adjusting the mounting plates and screws.
The problem may also be caused by the lock case in your door. It must be compatible with a spring-return door handle, so you need a lock case with a return spring function for the handle to work properly.
Follow the installation instructions carefully (see visible screw or hidden screw). If the handle still sags, do this:
- Unscrew the four small stop screws from both sides of the door handle.
- Remove the handles from the mounting plates.
- Check that the mounting plates are fixed firmly and evenly to the door. Tighten them diagonally so that they are properly aligned. Also make sure that the notch at the top of the plates is straight against the door.
- Refit the handles on the plates and press them firmly so that they sit securely and flush against the door.
- Lift the handle to the angle it should return to after opening. Then screw in the four small stop screws on each side of the handle, on the inside and underneath.
If the problem remains, contact customer service and we will help you further.
Do keys come with the door handles?
Keys are not included with the door handles. The key fits the lock case that is mounted in your door. If you contact the company that made or sold the door or the lock case, they can probably help you identify the right keys for your door.
How do I install the Helix door stop?
The Helix door stop is screwed into the floor with the supplied mounting kit.
A recessed wood screw 4x45 mm is included. The screw is fitted through the mounting part and down into the floor, and 40 mm of the screw extends below the mounting part. If you are unsure which screw suits your floor, the product page recommends consulting a professional. See the picture below for the installation.
Bathroom & 3M
Which hooks are best for the bathroom?
When you choose details for the bathroom, the material matters. Wood is not an ideal choice for bathroom hooks because of the humidity, and it may swell. Choose a more durable material such as brass or stainless steel instead.
Think about how many hooks your bathroom needs: how many people are in your household, and how many guest towels would you like to be able to hang?
Hooks can also give you extra storage, for example by hanging storage baskets from them.
How do I install bathroom accessories with 3M tape? Do I need to drill?
Products with 3M tape have self-adhesive tape on the back, which is practical if you do not want to drill holes in your bathroom. Our guide Assembly of products with 3M tape has full instructions.
- Clean the surface thoroughly before installation so that it is free of oil and dirt. Avoid cleaning agents that contain oil. You can buy our surface cleaning wipe (article number 60404-BO) to make sure the surface is clean.
- Leave the product on the chosen surface for at least 48 hours before you use it.
Please note: the tape attaches to durable, smooth surfaces such as tiles and lacquered or veneered board materials. We do not recommend mounting a product over a joint, as this affects how well the 3M tape attaches.
How do I remove a product that is fixed with 3M tape?
To remove a product fixed with 3M tape without damaging the wall, we recommend this method:
- Heat the tape. Use a hairdryer to gently warm the tape where it is attached to the wall. This softens the adhesive.
- Loosen the attachment. Slide a thin thread, such as dental floss, carefully between the wall and the tape to detach the product.
- Remove tape residue. If any residue is left on the wall, warm it gently with a hairdryer and scrape it off.
Good to know: we do not recommend reusing the tape. Once it has been attached and exposed to air, it dries out and loses its adhesive strength. If you try to attach the product again, we cannot guarantee that it will stay securely in place.
See also our guide How to remove self adhesive bathroom accessories from the wall.
What is the maximum weight for 3M products?
These are the maximum weights for our 3M products when they have been installed correctly according to the instructions and have been in place for 48 hours:
- Soap pump holder: 2.5 kg
- Base shelf: 5 kg
- Toilet paper holder: 5 kg
- Towel rail: 4 kg
- 1-hook: 2 kg
- 2-hook: 5 kg
- 3-hook: 10 kg
- 4-hook: 10 kg
Where should I place bathroom accessories, and at what height?
Here is guidance on installing bathroom accessories and on heights that are comfortable to use. Remember that there are no fixed rules. The most important thing is that the placement suits your needs and your bathroom.
At what height should the toilet paper holder be installed?
For comfort, install it at a height that is easy to reach when you are sitting on the toilet. A common guideline is about 70 cm from the floor, but the most important thing is that the paper is within easy reach and unrolls smoothly.
Which side should the toilet paper holder be on?
It depends on the layout of your bathroom and your preferences. It is generally recommended to place the holder next to or slightly in front of the toilet, on either the right or the left wall. You should not have to reach backwards for the paper.
At what height should bathroom hooks be installed?
Bathroom hooks have different purposes and are therefore mounted at different heights. Near the sink, hooks are typically placed 10–20 cm above the vanity unit, to the right or left, usually 85–100 cm from the floor. Outside the shower, hooks are usually mounted slightly higher so that towels can hang freely without touching the floor. We recommend 160 cm from the floor.
Lighting
2700K or 3000K: which should I choose?
Kelvin (K) shows the colour temperature of a light source. A lower Kelvin number means a warmer, more yellow light. With 2700K you get a warmer, yellower light, and with 3000K a slightly cooler, whiter light.
If you want more detailed help or advice, contact customer service.
What does IP44 mean?
IP44 is an ingress protection (IP) rating that shows how well a product is protected against solid objects and water. The first digit, 4, means protection against solid objects larger than 1 mm, and the second digit, 4, means protection against water splashing from any direction. IP44 is therefore splash-proof, but neither waterproof nor dust-proof. Several of our lighting products are rated IP44.
Which rating is required depends on where the light will be installed and on local installation regulations. If you are unsure about the rating of a specific product, please contact customer service. Where required, have the installation carried out by a qualified electrician.
How many spotlights do I need?
We cannot give you an exact answer, because it depends on the type of project, the product you choose and how the room is used and designed. See our LED spotlights.
The sketches below show examples of spacing between spotlights for kitchen doors that are 300 mm and 400 mm wide. If you have questions, please contact customer service.

Storage & Wardrobe
What size cutlery tray do I need?
To find out which size of cutlery tray (insert) you need, measure the inside of your drawer as shown in the sketch: depth (A) and width (B), in millimetres. Browse our cutlery trays and organisers.
What does 16–19 mm frame mean when I buy roller rails?
When you install, for example, a wire basket, you also need roller rails that are fixed to your wardrobe.
The rail is chosen according to the frame of your wardrobe: 16–19 mm frame. The roller rails are available for a 16 mm or a 19 mm frame. Measure the thickness of the wardrobe frame to find out which you need. The picture below shows where on the wardrobe you measure. See our explanation of the frame.
What is the wardrobe frame?
The frame is the outer structure around, for example, your wardrobe. To know which roller rail you need, measure the thickness of the frame (16–19 mm frame). The picture below shows where to measure. See also What does 16–19 mm frame mean when I buy roller rails?
Are screws for roller rails included?
Screws are not included if you buy roller rails on their own. If you buy a kit with roller rails, the mounting screws are included. You can also buy screws for roller rails separately.
Are brackets included with a clothes rail?
Brackets are not included when you buy a clothes rail. They are bought separately. The bracket is chosen according to the frame of your wardrobe: 16–19 mm frame, that is, a bracket for a 16 mm or 19 mm frame. The product names show which frame thickness each bracket fits, for example 19 mm or 16–18 mm.
The brackets are sold individually, so if you buy one clothes rail you need two brackets to mount it.
